I very much enjoyed the lesson with Monika! I appreciated the chance to practice my rusty Polish - Monika was patient and gave me new words and suggestions. It was really interesting hearing a little about her interesting life in Thailand!

Thank you, Monika. Unfortunately, the lesson did not go well. Monika did not review the lesson plan I sent her before the lesson. Or, if she did, she did not want to follow it. Instead, she peppered me with questions from the first minute of class. I tried to answer each question but made many errors. She corrected me quickly, wrote all the corrections in the chat (thank you!), and quickly moved on to the next error. I didn't have time to respond to many corrections. And, in the few cases I had an extra second to respond, I didn't have time to repeat them. As a result, I felt incompetent. I felt demoralized. I am sorry that I am a beginner. I think she may be a good teacher for an intermediate or advanced-level student. I wish you the best with your language study.

Excellent lesson - we focused on Polish history, geography, and traditions and also on reading/speaking practice.
