Hi there! I'm Amanda, a certified professional English as a Second/Foreign Language teacher originally from Illinois, USA. With a specialization in teaching English to children, I'm deeply passionate about nurturing young minds worldwide through the joys of language learning. Living and traveling abroad has given me the experience of learning a second and third language as well as the privilege of immersing myself in diverse cultures. This deeply enriches my teaching practice with a global perspective. With 7+ years of experience as a certified TEFL/TESOL teacher specializing in Early Childhood Education, I've had the privilege of teaching over 1,000 students from diverse cultures like Brazil, France, China, Korea, and Saudi Arabia. Being a trilingual person enables me to relate closely to the student's learning process, fostering a deeper connection and understanding in our educational journey together. Trained in cross-cultural communication, I adapt teaching to meet the diverse cultures of my students. In my classes, learning English is an adventure filled with laughter, creativity, and personalized attention. I specialize in early childhood education, ensuring each lesson is tailored to engage young learners effectively. With a warm and patient approach, I foster a supportive environment where students feel confident to express themselves and explore the language freely.
- Lessons are for children 5-15 years old.
-Lessons are 25 minutes, 40 minutes, and 55 minutes
-Lessons are conducted over Zoom
-24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
