Certified English Teacher | TEFL | IELTS C1 (Adults, Kids) I hold a Bachelor’s degree in teaching English as a Foreign Language from Russia, where I built a strong foundation in language education. To further enhance my qualifications, I completed the 168-hour Level 5 TEFL Academy course, gaining advanced skills in teaching English to non-native speakers. Additionally, I achieved a 7.5 score on the IELTS Academic exam. Over the past 5 years, I worked as a private tutor for multilingual learners. I can draw meaning from my native understanding of both languages (and my experience in using both in daily life) to find the right examples and the closest translations from the source to the target language. I studied linguistics and, even though it is generally not required for a language teacher to be trained in linguistics, there is a growing number of experts in the community who believe it's a huge plus. I've drawn countless knowledge from it to teach.
