My approach is based on using the language in context, so you’re not just learning rules or random vocabulary, or talking about things that don’t interest you. You focus on what you care about and on finding ways to say what you want to say. This comes from my own experience. Once I had the basics, I struggled to improve because I relied on memorizing rules out of context and vocabulary I didn’t actually use. I lost sight of what learning a language is really about, communicating with other people. Things changed when I started speaking more and learning through real situations. When I could see how everything connected, it became much easier to understand and use.
