I am a professional English teacher from the United States. I focus on the typical American pronunciation and the correction of grammatical errors. I also offer assistance with accent reduction and professional proofreading of academic papers.

I believe that respect is the best policy, therefore I treat all of my students with respect. I am a very patient, kind, and approachable teacher. My students can feel free to be themselves and talk to me about anything. My goal as a teacher is to help improve all my students' confidence with English. I will be focusing on conversational English, Grammar, pronunciation, and English Fluency. I have been working as a German and English tutor since 2012 and I first began while I was still working on my undergraduate programme. Since 2014 I have been an active in-person and online tutor/teacher. After completing the CELTA in 2016, I also taught General English (B1-C2 levels) and Exams (FCE) at International House Minsk in Belarus in addition to meeting with my online students. I have experience teaching German at all levels and English from Low Intermediate to Advanced, including general language acquisition, reading/writing skills for both native and non-native speakers, intensive grammar and exams.

I have some formal teaching experience. I taught English to students in a Nepali school and a taught a number of classes in Spain, as a TEFL teacher. Most of my experience in language assistance, though, comes from helping learners from around the world, conversationally, which is why I´m well suited as a conversation tutor.
