As a teacher, I spent 4 for years at Applied Linguistics College and 4 years at Upper Normal School from the State University of Haiti learning languages. Today, I have 8 years of experience in teaching Haitian creole, French and English. I'm a passionate and adaptive teacher. I've been a public middle school English teacher in the outskirts of Paris; I was a volunteer French teacher for a marginalised population with no knowledge of French; I was statistics TA for Psychology students; and I have helped many people improve their skills one-on-one. My favourite challenge is helping learners overcome their blockages and finding ways to connect with and motivate even the most disengaged students.
