Materials: I design by myself specific learning units for my students, and I also use some of the best Italian books for Italian learners. As for advanced students, I like to use authentic materials, such as newpapers articles and literary texts.

Sinologist, teacher & tutor I really like teaching, and I think my background helps me a lot in sharing my passion about foreign cultures. In my opinion, curiosity is the most important thing while studying a foreign language. Memorizing vocabulary and phonetics may be easy (sometimes) but trying to fit in someone else's world and trying to see it in the same way can be very challenging. I'd like to share as much as possible and ensure that each student can step out of their comfort zone and try to express themselves in another language.

I'm a certified Italian teacher for foreigners and I started with private lessons both online and in presence. So far, my students have expressed satisfaction about my lessons, because I'm flexible in my schedule and very focused on their goals. In my lessons, I follow an inductive methodology, which means that, as a guide in the learning process of the students, I help them to discover by themselves the rules that govern the various linguistic aspects. I think that this methodology is much more effective than other more traditional methods, since it allows better internalize what has been learned.
