Staying up all night has severe disadvantages. First, it hurts your health by weakening your immune system. Second, you cannot focus the next day, which leads to big mistakes. Finally, it makes you feel tired and angry easily. Your body and brain always need deep sleep to function well. Never skip your necessary night sleep.

Today, I studied Russian until late at night because I have a Russian test tomorrow. I reviewed vocabulary, grammar, and practiced reading sentences. It was not easy, but I did my best to prepare for the test. I hope I can remember everything and get a good score. After studying, I took a short break and went to bed. I felt tired, but I was glad that I studied hard.

Today, I spent almost the whole day working on my seminar paper. I worked on it for many hours without taking a long break. My head feels like it is going to explode because I have been thinking so much. I am really tired, and it has been very stressful. I am worried that I may not finish it before the deadline, but I will keep doing my best.

Today, I was making a name board for the concert. I was so focused that I did not notice it had become the next day. I was really surprised when I looked at the time. I still have to study for my tests, so I need to start studying soon. I hope I can finish everything.

Today, I watched a soccer game. I really like watching soccer, so I was excited during the game. It was fun to watch the players run, pass the ball, and try to score goals. I enjoyed the game very much. I want to watch more soccer games in the future.

Today I woke up at 10a.m. And I ate breakfast first. It was delicious. I don’t have any classes today but I went to my university because I want to borrow a book and study there. After that I hung out with my boyfriend. I bought a little bit expensive lips. It is so cute. Also I ate Chinese food.

Today, I stayed home all day and had a relaxing time. My room was messy, and I wanted to clean it, but I couldn’t find the motivation, so I ended up not doing it.😭 I also have an English test the day after tomorrow, so I’m going to study after this. Tomorrow, I’m going to an ENHYPEN pop-up store with my friend, so I’ll do my best in my classes before that.
