CELTA certification acquired in December 2020. My experience started in 2018 in Peru where I taught English in two language schools for a year. In the meantime I applied to be a community tutor here at Italki where I have been teaching not only English but also Portuguese and Spanish. My passion for teaching only grew with the time so I took a CELTA certificate in the end of 2020 and this experience provided me with a solid base and opened the way in many aspects of my career.

I strongly believe if the student has references related to the new knowledge (Associative Learning), the knowledge will be easily remembered. To talk about the context and why did it happened like that, will help to understand the things better and the student will be able to give the knowledge a real use.
