For instance, complex topics might necessitate a shift from email to video conferencing for real-time clarification.  Empathy also plays a crucial role, as virtual interactions can sometimes feel less personal.  Utilizing techniques like virtual icebreakers and acknowledging colleagues' contributions can help create a more positive and inclusive environment.
