Check out how much you understand the sentences with a voice recording. 
Never look at the sentences when listening to the voice recording. 
And Listen to the sentence repeatedly until you hear it completely.

This might involve documenting accomplishments, seeking feedback on performance, and initiating conversations with supervisors about career goals and recognition expectations. It's essential to maintain a professional and constructive approach, focusing on the impact of their work rather than personal feelings.  Ultimately, advocating for oneself is crucial in a work environment where recognition might be lacking.

Addressing lack of recognition requires a multifaceted approach. Organizations should implement formal recognition programs, provide opportunities for peer-to-peer recognition, and create a culture where appreciation is valued. By investing in employee recognition, organizations can reap the benefits of increased job satisfaction, improved employee engagement, and enhanced organizational performance.
