La fiesta suele ocurrir en situaciones formales, por lo que los conceptos del episodio son muy coloquiales.

Number of unmanned stores have increased in my town.  They are not vending machines.  For vending machines, we have to pay at first and then we can get goods.  In unmanned stores, we pick up goods and put the money in the box.  No one is watching!  But！　

田舎のほうに行くと、よく　野菜の無人販売所があります。
それは、農家の人が　作った野菜などを　売るお店なんですが、
そこに　店の人はいません。　野菜が少しずつ　袋に入っていて、
値段が書いてあります。　すぐそばに、お金を入れる箱が置いてあります。
その野菜が　欲しい人は、書いてある金額のお金を箱に入れればいいのです。
誰もいませんから、払わなくてもわかりません。でも、たいていの人はちゃんと
お金を箱に入れて　買って行きます。

そんな無人販売所が、最近　町でも見られるようになりました。
でも、売っているのは　野菜ではありません。
わたしの家の近所で見かけるのは、冷凍餃子の無人販売です。
販売機ではありません。販売機はお金を入れないと商品は出てきません。
この冷凍餃子の無人販売所は、外から中が良く見えるように、ガラス張りの部屋になっています。そして、大きな冷凍庫があって、そこに冷凍餃子がたくさん入っています。
おつりがいらないように、値段は、２袋１０００円です。
冷凍庫から　その冷凍餃子を取り出し、室内に置かれている代金箱にお金を入れます。
田舎の野菜の無人販売所と違うのは、防犯カメラが設置されていることです。
でも、その場には誰もいませんから、盗もうと思えば簡単に盗むことができると思います。
お金の入った箱だって、簡単に持って行くことができるかもしれません。
私は　２回ほど　その冷凍餃子を買いに行きましたが、その無人販売所が荒らされていることはありませんでした。
ちゃんと商品が冷凍庫に並んでいて、お金を入れる箱もきちんとありました。
たぶん、店員がいなくても　みんな　ちゃんとお金を払って商品を買っているのだと思います。

冷凍餃子以外にも、スイーツの無人販売所を最近、見かけました。車から見たので、まだ行ってはいませんが、どんなスイーツが置いてあるのか気になっています。

首先，我们要学几个常用的词。左拐，右拐，调头，直走，过路口，停车。
First, let’s learn several words you will use.

Turn left – 左拐（zuǒ guǎi）,
Turn right – 右拐(yòu guǎi )，
U turn – 调头  (diào tóu)，
Go straight – 直走（zhí zǒu）, 
Cross the road – 过马路（guò mǎ lù）,
Stop the car - 停车（tíng chē）。

那么现在，标题的句子对你来说就已经不是很难了。“左拐，前面停车（zuǒ guǎi，qián miantíng chē）”“左拐”的意思是“Turn left”，“左”- Left，“拐”-to turn. “前面”的意思是“front”.”停车”的“停”-stop，车 – car. 所以合在一起，就是“左拐，前面停车（zuǒ guǎi，qián miantíng chē）”
And now, I think the sentence in the title is not too difficult for you. “左拐，前面停车（zuǒ guǎi，qián mian tíng chē）”- Turn left, then stop in the front.“左拐” means “Turn left”， “左” is Left， “拐” means to turn. “前面” means“front”.”停车”’s“停” is stop，车 means car. 2024 is my first year in business. It was a tough ride for me with ups and downs and many lessons that I would like to share to new entrepreneurs or even to people who are already in business for a long time. All I can say is that, "business is hard but the character development is so worth it , even if there is no substantial amount of money earned yet."

このPodcastは、日本語学習者に向けたPodcastです。

さて、今日は大好きなコーヒーの話ではなく、お茶の話です。日本では昔からお茶が人気があります。今の若い人たちは、コーヒーが好きな人も増えているので、もしかしたら、お茶を好きな人は以前よりも減っているかもしれません。

ここでいうお茶は紅茶ではなく、緑茶や麦茶、烏龍茶のことですね。僕の英語の先生は梅昆布茶が好きだそうです。

そして、今僕が1番好きなお茶は、
ほうじ茶
です。

聞いたことありますか？
ほうじ茶（焙じ茶、ほうじちゃ）は、緑茶の一種です。
煎茶や番茶、茎茶を焙煎したものです。焙煎することを、焙じる、ほうじる、とも言いますが、たぶん、ほうじ茶にしか使わないと思います。他に聞いたことがないです。

焙煎しているので香ばしさがあります。
苦みや渋みはほとんどありません。
口当たりはあっさりです。
胃にやさしくて、ご飯を食べる時には良いそうです。

英語にすると、roasted green tea
です。僕は今オンラインコーヒーショップをしていて、自宅でコーヒーを焙煎しています。同じように、ほうじ茶も焙煎したいと考えています。
