Persian words in Arabic I can think of:

الكهرباء

دفتر

ميدان

مهرجان

جورب

طبق which is the Arabized form of تابه

ترجمة: the Arabized form of ترزفانی، ترزبانی

هندسة: the original form is اندازه

رونق: the origin is روایی

But I find more interesting is when words have different meanings in Persian and Arabic:

صورة means "picture" in Arabic; "face" in Persian.

عکس means "picture" in Persian; "reflection" in Arabic

دور means "around" in Persian; means "role" in Arabic

جامعه means "university" is Arabic; "society" in "Persian

متقاعد means "retired" in Arabic; persuaded in Persian
جريمة means "crime" in Arabic; penalty or fine in Persian

انقلاب means "coup" in Arabic; revolution in Persian

and so on... :) 

There's also روزنامة which means "newspaper" in Persian; but "calendar" in Arabic.

خوش هی کلمه فارسیه یعنی  happy , nice, good

چارپایه it is persian means something with 4 leg

چادر is persian used for a kind of ladies cover (full hejab, veil ) or tent ( خیمه) 

as you said خانم و آقا  are both turkish used in Iran as well.

بازار used in many languages like English is Farsi word. 

we have many farsi or iranian words in English we can discuss that in diffrenet topic.

(many languages are spoken in iran that Farsi is just one of them and official one) 

There's the word خوش (sweet) which is used by people living along the coastline of the gulf and in Iraq. 

and in Iraq, the word قوري is used for خوري. 

The word چربايه which is used by some people for the bed, as in "four legs". 

چادر for the light garment. Origin might be Persian or Hindi. 

آغا and خانم are used in Syria, from Turkish influnce, but most origin is presumed Persian.  

بازار is also used in different countries but the origin is unclear.
