运镖

Means you or a group of people are transporting some valuable stuff or items to another location with arms and weapons.

1. In old times in China. Because of the weak power of governments and the inconvenient traffic system. If a business man or rich people like this want to delivery their goods to a remote market or places. It was often the they would get robbed on the roads. Then they needed  to hire special people to guarantee the safety. Those people in people's mind were kungfu guys.  The companies offers such service called "镖局"， the action of guaranteeing the safety called "走镖"， “押镖”，“运镖”. Those kungfu guys called "保镖".

2. I think in your case. It means to guarantee the safety of delivering something to some places, or to guarantee the safety of other people to go some places.
