1. 我今天吃了“肌肉” (鸡肉) --肌肉 is meant muscle, and it can be found some of chinese characters are written with "月“ in left or right position, as it was oriented by meaning related to "skin" or "flesh" like 肤(皮肤, skin)
2. 我今天吃了“博彩” (菠菜)--菠菜 is very common vegetables planting everywhere in world. Chinese always add "菜” following the first character to separate each of vegetables, like 白菜(bai cai=chinese cabbage,花菜(hua cai=cabbage,韭菜(jiu cai=leek),芹菜(qin cai=celery), 油菜(you cai=rape). 3. 我今天吃了“黄牛” (黄油)-- 黄牛 means cattle ,and 黄油 is butter.
