In Japan, it is considered good manners are that to holding a the rice bowl in with our the left hands when we eat.  It is not proper etiquette to leave our left hand on our laps while doing so.  and not  putting our left hands on our laps while eating, On the other hand, in South Koreans, they never hold a the bowl while eating. or a dish while eating because it is thought to be bad manners. Putting Placing their left hands on their laps is pose no problem because basically they as most use only their right hands only.


In the West, it is bad manners improper to make a noises while eating. On the contrary, in Japan, 1 Japanese love to slurping their noodles.  Not only it is a common practice, and it is regarded to be the right way to eat them noodles. So Westerners, please don't raise your eyebrows.  and have a Try at slurping noodles at ramen restaurants!

1.   What you wrote is not incorrect.  Unless it is for emphasis, you need to change the pattern of your sentence structure to make your writing more interesting.

As usual, your insights and writing delight me to no end.  Also for the Chinese, it is the proper etiquette to hold the rice bowls close to the mouth and use the chopsticks to push the rice into our mouths!  I think it is improper to do so in Japan.  At least this is what my Japanese friends told me.  However we all love to slurp our noodles.  The noisier the better!  Shows the chef his cooking is great.  This reminds me of a Japanese movie of the 80s... - Tenpopo.  A hilarious pasta scene that took place in an Italian restaurant located in Tokyo!  Thanks for the memories Yucham.

In Japan, we consider it good manners to hold(grasp) our rice bowls in our left hands while eating instead of putting our left hands in our laps.

On the other hand, in South Korea, they never hold a bowl or a dish while eating because it is thought to be bad manners.

On the other hand, people in South Korea(South Koreans) never hold their bowls while eating because it is considered bad manners.

Putting their left hands on their laps is no problem because basically they use only need to use their right hands [to eat].

In the West, it is considered bad manners to make a [loud] noises while eating.

On the contrary, in Japan, slurping noodles is a common practice in Japan, and it is regarded considered to be (regarded as) the right way to eat noodles.

Use the words "considered to be" together

The lion is considered to be "king of the jungle".  ROAR!  [^0^]

Use the words "regarded as" together

Snakes are regarded as evil creatures.  HSsss!  {o_o}
