I'm writing you in response to your letter regarding the visit that we recently made to your studio.

As far as the visit of our college is concerned, it was generally pleasant. Nevertheless, there are some aspects upon which I would like to comment.
First, perhaps there was not enough time to thoroughly arrange the lighting and sound. It would be of great importance to devote more time to this in the future since it is one of the strengths of your productions. Furthermore, students prefer practical training to the theoretical, so the lecture about the studio's history was not entertaining. Unfortunately, this kind of material does not always interest students.

Otherwise, the rest of the visit was spectacular. Never before have we seen such professional work. You and the rest of the staff provided us a unique opportunity allowing us to meet the actors, something that we will never forget. Moreover, the special effects section was one that attracted the most attention among students. We came away really impressed with the quality of your equipment.

On my behalf, and on behalf of all my colleagues, I wanted to thank you for your exceptional treatment. I would be grateful if you could take into consideration my comments and feel free to asky you questions, if necessary.

Very well written; however, I will make one suggestion. It is usually better to start any correspondence with what you have to say that is positive. Leave the constructive criticism for the end of the letter. Regards, DCJ

Also, before the salutation, you should put the name of your company and the address, followed by the name and company of the recipient, and then the date of the letter.
