I think there are many benefits in living in a modern apartment. In this essay I will outline some benefits of living in a modern apartment building. To begin with, luxury apartment provides increased security, so one could ensure that leaving home with wealthy property is safe. There are guards to avoid entering strangers into the building area. Another benefit of living in a modern apartment is the facilities. Cutting-edge gym facilities, for example, could save money and time of residents. To keep fit, one does not need to go far from home and that person would enjoy facilities in the building effectively. Besides, internet bar provided in the building would serve internet for everyone there, so accessing to internet would not be a problem. The other benefit is common area with beverage bar which one could be served by the drinks anytime and enjoy it. Additionally, the costs which one has to pay will decrease. Energy efficient appliances applied in a modern apartment will reduce energy cost with avoiding wasting energy. Another good benefit here is that one is not responsible for repairs which is an important option for who has no time to take responsibility for repairing home. Above all, yard care is no issue. One who loves to live in a green environment while has no time caring the yard could enjoy living in a modern apartment surrounded by a green area. In short, although living in a tradition house has some benefits surly, for those reasons mentioned I prefer to live in a modern apartment.
