Why Does Everyone Hate Summer Finn ?

500 Days Of Summer is one of my favourite movies of all time, I love everything about it, the places the music, and the characters.
I can watch again and again without getting bored. The First time I watched it I was saying why the hell is Summer playing with Tom, and I called her a bitch.
But when I watched it one more time I've realised that she's not guilty, I mean she warned him! She said that she's not looking for anything serious. And everytime she feels that he's getting attached to her she reminds him that they're not together, we're not a couple.
Summer needed to feel loved, to have someone beside her, but she was also afraid of being a part of serious something. She didn't play with his heart, she was honest with him about her feelings from their very first day.
How can we blame someone for being honest about their feelings? How can we blame a girl for being afraid to get divorced just like their parents did?
And about why she got married to another man, she honstly told Tom, she found with the other man what she wasn't able to find with him. We can't blame her for searching for happiness as well.
The movie writer actually is the real Tom, he did admit it. He hates the real Summer, and he did mention it at the beginning of the movie when he mentioned her name and called her a bitch.
So when he wrote this movie he told us the story from his own prespective. But the movie had contained the evidence which proves that Summer Finn is not gulity. Such as the scene whe he was dating another girl and he spent the time talking about her and how she had hurt him, then the girl asked him did she lie to you? did she cheat on you? and his answer was NO!
All I want to say, and that's one of the good things I learned at law school, is that we should not judge a situation from one prespective.
