'is there anyone' or ' are there any one'?
is there anyone wanna go to the party?

tksi just want ask my friend, who want to go to a party or toilet. ok,

if i were a tour leader, at the airport arrival, then i wanna tell them where the restroom is, and let them go to the toilet first, as we have to take a long time bus to get our hotel our destination later.
what should i say? can i put it in this way: is there anyone wanna go to the washroom?
