what's the difference between "ever" and “even” ?? please give example sentences.

the difference is HUGE. can you ever trust him again? that was the best game ever even has multiple meanings she didnt go to school, even though she is not ill. the game was great, even better than last year. mikey never stops answering questions, not even when he is asleep.

'ever' can be used as an intensive; he looks ever so hungry. it can be used to say 'at any time;' more than ever... it can be used to say 'in any way;' how can I ever... 'Even" can also be used as an intensive. As an intensive, it can be used to describe comparitive degree; he did even worse to emphasize something; so simple even he could to indicate an amount; didn't even try. Eve an also be used to say 'to a degree that extends;' faithful even unto death.
