Which one is correct? I am a 19 years old girl. or I am a 19 year old girl?? I think first one is more correct because 19 is plural, so it is "years". Am I correct? If not, explain why, please.

"Technically it should be "I am a 19-year-old girl." It's hyphenated because "n19-year-old functions as an adjective. If you phrase it "I am nineteen years old," you would use the plural.

The first option is correct. You're right that the number is plural.

I am 19 years old OR I am a 19 year old girl. In the first sentence it is years because 19 is plural. But in the second sentence you are describing a girl. One girl is singular so year is used.

The answer is pretty simple: adjectives don't change in English. So, "I am a 19-year-old girl" is the only correct sentence (note the hyphens).

The second one, "I'm a 19 year old girl," is the correct one. To make the first sentence correct, you'd say "I'm 19 years old."
