You should watch boys over flowers the japanese version!It is a really great drama, and the japanese one is better than the other versions. You could olso watch Gu family book,but it is korean.

There are a few Japanese dorama on DramaFever! I really enjoyed Switch Girl. Unfortunately, there's not a lot of easily found dorama online. Also unfortunately, most easy to come by Japanese shows are either clips of variety shows on Youtube or anime. I really like the ones from 10+ years ago because that's when I last lived there (as a high school student). The ones I remember from high school are the NHK Taiga dorama (Atsuhime was my favorite because I lived in Satsuma, where it took place), Nobuta wo Produce, Hana Yori Dango (which got a movie as the series finale), etc. I also remember one of the first dramas I ever watched was Kamisama Mou Sukoshi Dake. Most of my Japanese-learner friends love the show called Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo. You can find a lot of the show on Youtube!
