I think you want to say "belong nowhere or don't belong anywhere". Can't stay at a place for a long time. 居无定所：someone lives in no domicile. 萍踪浪迹，浪迹天涯：Likes duckweeds and wakes of waves that often change their location. These two are used to describe someone always stay at different places, generally for job. Some others commonly describe their hard lives. Such as 流离失所，颠沛流离。 Edited by Bruce 🐈🐈
