“You are very considerate/thoughful + (preposition)+ me" . What's preposition here? Is it "to"?

I agree with John. This sounds better: "You have been very considerate TOWARD/TOWARDS me recently." It's still formal. For a single event, we would usually say "That's very kind/nice/considerate/thoughtful of you." It's less formal than the sentence above but still more formal than e.g. "Thanks very much."

"You are very considerate to me" is fine. "You are very thoughtful to me" doesn't sound natural for some reason. Even the first sentence, though grammatically correct, sounds somewhat stilted. It's just not an expression you would expect to hear, at least in the United States. There are other ways to express the idea depending on the context. Regards.
