A female persons would say: Estoy ABURRIDA = I am bored (My current state is "bored") Me aburro = I get bored (It expresses a transition from "not bored" to "bored") A male persons would say: Estoy ABURRIDO =I am bored Me aburro = I get bored Examples: 1. Mi mamá me prohibió ver la televisión y ahora ESTOY muy ABURRIDO/ABURRIDA. = My mom forbade me from watching TV and now I AM very BORED. 2. Cuando se trata de hacer la tarea de matemáticas, siempre ME ABURRO. = When it comes to do my math homework, I always GET BORED. Remember, a woman would say "estoy ABURRIDA," and a man would say "estoy ABURRIDO." I hope this helps.

Hello! You can use "estoy aburrida" (Aburrida is for female, aburrido is for male, you will need to know that, now you need to say: "Estoy aburrido") for example when you see TV, you stay in a traffic jam for a lot of minutes and then you say: "Estoy aburrido". In other words, when you spend many time in only one determined situation. "Aburro" is used in the simple form of indicative mode of the spanish verb "Aburrir", I will add the table where you can difference it. In other words you can use "Aburro" when you stay at a class for example and your teacher explain about a determined topic, then you say to a classmate, "me aburro" of the this class, I want to leave the class. (yo) aburro (tu / vos) aburres / aburrís (él / usted) aburre (nosotros) aburrimos (vosotros) aburrís (ellos / ustedes) aburren I wait you're clear with the explanation, dear friend. https://www.conjugarverbo.com/aburrir#:~:text=El%20verbo%20aburrir%20%5Ba%2Dbu,%2C%20aburrirnos%2C%20aburriros%20y%20aburrirse.
