Hi, I've used chinese movies for learning as well, my favorite resources are Tudou, Youku and Google Video. Tudou and Youku are China's biggest youtube-like video sharing websites, and they're full of movies. Almost all Chinese movies come with subtitles, which is good, but sometimes the video quality is not so good. On google video, you can search for movies with subtitles-- real clear subtitles. That's also good. For downloading full-length Chinese videos, I'd suggest finding the video first on one of those sites, and then downloading using the chinese bittorrent tracker Xunlei.
