If you are asking if you can say "huger" or "hugest," the answer is no. We'd say, "more huge" or "most huge" (although in reality we seldom do: typically, we say, "more enormous" or "most massive," or various other synonyms of "big").

I don't believe either form is common. "Huge" is somewhat of a superlative word in itself.
Both "huger" and "more huge" sound odd, except in comical usage.
My dog is huge, but your dog is even bigger. That sounds normal, rather than "...your dog is even huger/more huge."
