I am going to talk about an entrepreneur that I admire the most who is Jack Ma, the CEO from Alibaba, he is pretty famous in China, not that tall and look like an alien. He created Alibaba 20 years ago and 5 years later he created Taobao which is like an Amazon or Eaby, people could buy stuff online, The reason why I admire him is that first of all it's changed people's lives because we have to go to physical stores to buy stuff you know when we did not have Taobao. I would say it was not that convenient. Secondly, we can buy the cheaper stuff online, because previously the price of stuff in physical stores was much higher than that of an online store and he said it is not because the stuff we sold is cheaper, but physical stores are too expensive. Thirdly he created the values for society. For now he left his company and has become a teacher to share his business experiences with other people. He puts his energy and effort into education to cultivate more entrepreneurs to make contributions to society. For me, I watched his all motivation lectures online, from which I learned we should face challenges and setbacks positively, complaining can not reverse the situation. When I failed, I would think about what I did was wrong, was there anything needed to be improved or modified because you can't change the other people, only yourself.
