How long do you spend relaxing time in the morning. Actually, I had no time to be relaxed every morning until last semester, but this semester I have first class for three times a week to have no class day, so I started wake up early every day. It was very hard for me at the beginning, however after a while it became habit little by little. Therefore, I could be able to have relaxing time in the morning and then I take shower and have a breakfast and also drink a coffee every morning.What I learned from this habit is having enough time in the morning make a day better and better. If you have an uneasy conscience, you shouldn't watch the phone before you sleep. Life can be changed at just little thing. It is wonderful to be able to relax and give myself time in the morning before starting my day. I hope to continue this habit and have better days in the future.
