I came across an article online about "14 foods and habits harmful to health of
the kidneys" and would like to share it here. As many people already know, the kidney is
a very important organ that filters body wastes. It is said our wrong diet and
lifestyle are major causes that are harmful to the health of the kidney. Hence, we should
recognize bad food and bad lifestyle which are damaging to the kidneys. It is very important for us to
avoid certain foods and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Foods that may be damaging to the kidneys are as follows, if
you get them too much.
1) High protein such as dairy and lean meat. It is also said that they have a risk of causing kidney stone. 2) High salt foods
such as fast food and snacks. 3) Foods high in sugar such as juice 4) Drinks with

If you are
