I love to travel and learn about new cultures, and the best way to do that is to speak the local language. I am a professional Spanish teacher, and a Educational Coach. I have my masters in Communication Sciences. I have been teaching Spanish for more than 7 years. My methodology is to design a study plan where I take into account the time you have available for classes, your goals regarding the language and your particular interests. In the classes you will have fun, the lessons are very interactive, we will see a variety of topics and you will learn about my culture. You will also lose the fear and embarrassment to speak in Spanish, with different methods and tools that I learned from Educational Coaching I will help you throughout the whole process. I teach for all levels.

Before starting lessons with Sofia, I had zero experience with Spanish other than ordering a drink at a bar. She is patient and always matches my homework and lessons to where I am. She mixes reading, audio, visual, and video learning styles to help me learn quicker. I highly recommend Sofia to anyone looking to learn or expand their knowledge of Spanish.

If you are going from English to Spanish, hire her! After 12 hours of lessons with Sophia, I can confidently say she can easily identify your level of Spanish and build you up from there.
