It’s rare to find a teacher who has an answer to all your questions and deliver them in an illustrative manner. Equally important, when unsure, Jihoon takes the time to research and find the answer for me before the next class. His instructional skills are phenomenal. Jihoon will make you feel at ease as he guides you to meet your Korean learning goals.

I highly recommend 지훈 쌤 whether you want to start learning Korean or deepen your knowledge. I’ve had quite a few lessons with 지훈 쌤 already, and I can really see my skills improve with every lesson. The teacher suggested a variety of exercises and approaches to lessons until we settled on the one that suited my needs and interests. 지훈 쌤 is very patient and helps comprehend every aspect of the Korean language and culture.

Teacher Jihoon is an amazing teacher! He has tailored all of his lessons to fit my needs as a learner. This along with his personality has created a fun and rigorous learning environment for me and I am learning so much because of it. Jihoon Ssaem is highly skilled in tailoring lessons while following the general TOPIK curriculum. This is especially important for me as I am a hertiage speaker who primarily learned Korean at home (and not in the classroom), so my proficiency doesn't uniformly match TOPIK levels. He also naturally expands our grammar and vocabulary lesson content into a conversational format to help me practice.
