My name is Giusy, I'm a native italian speaker and I currently live in the south of Italy.
I've been learning multiple languages for many years now and it is something I am extremely passionate about. I am fascinated by every single part of the language learning process.
I really enjoy listening to music and posdcasts, dancing, reading and cooking.
One of my biggest goals is to travel as much as possible in the future, to be able to talk to people from all over the world, discover and appreciate new cultures, foods and traditions.Ich als Lehrkraft
As previously mentioned, I am a fellow language learner, which means that I know how difficult it is to learn a language, especially if you are nervous or worried about making mistakes.
As your community tutor, I will make sure to keep the conversation fun and easy so you always feel comfortable and relaxed during a lesson.
My lessons are a judgment-free space where we can learn and grow together.

My teaching style is informal and friendly, I will offer you my help in two different types of lessons:
📌 In the first type of lesson we will focus on improving your listening and conversation skills. Here you will learn new vocabulary and improve your pronounciation while discussing our goals, hobbies and passions. If you are interested in how the language actually sounds and how natives truly speak, this is the perfect lesson for you!
📌 In this type of lesson we will focus on creating the perfect balance between the four key aspects of learning a language: speaking, listening, writing and reading. Here we can use a range of digital resources to keep the lesson fun and interesting.Mein Unterrichtsmaterial

I've been taking lessons with Giusy for well over a year. She is a wonderful teacher and I have learned SO much from her. Every time I visit Italy it gets easier for me to communicate. Giusy is very professional but she is also very humble and fun! I enjoy my lessons immensely.

After three lessons I can say that Giusy is a great teacher. She’s very friendly, funny and easy to talk to. Her corrections are always extremely helpful and these help me to speak Italian more confidently outside of our lessons. I’ll be booking more lessons for the future and recommend Giusy to anybody who wants to improve their spoken Italian.

Giusy has been my personal tutor for over 2 years. I speak with her weekly for an hour and we discuss everything from current world events to food to daily life to Italian culture. After initial conversation we spend 20-30' on an exercise either in listening or reading comprehension or on grammar. She is superb and my Italian skills have really improved. Outstanding teacher!
