Valentina is an excellent teacher, and very enjoyable to learn from. I am learning a lot, and I always look forward to our lessons together. She is always well-prepared as well, with very good learning materials.

Valentina is amazing, her lessons are extremely interesting. She is very motivating and helpful, she is always happy, you can feel her energy, I have a lot of fun in her classes, I have learned a lot. There are not enough words to describe how good she is. All the topics we discuss in her classes are very interesting, also the material to read, very interesting stories about culture, history, Italian cuisine. My experience with her is extremely satisfactory. I feel I have improved a lot since I started my lessons with her.

Valentina is able to explain the grammar very clearly, and she is patient going through the lessons. We are setting up a good foundation for me to understand Italian. She is well prepared with teaching materials and there are lots of opportunities for me to practice pronunciation, reading and speaking, which I appreciate.

Valentina is wonderful and sensitive teacher of the Italian language. I’ve recommended her to many friends at many different levels from beginner to advanced. She’s attuned to the varying needs of each individual and tailors her lessons and learning materials accordingly. She knows where to stop and focus and also when one is ready to advance and move forward. And she makes the lessons super enjoyable with interesting level-appropriate conversation, fun tongue twisters, engaging homework that includes book work as well as cultural videos, and so much more! I can now confidently travel through Italy speaking, understanding, and enjoying the richness of its amazing culture. Something that one doesn’t experience when talking via a translation app on the phone. Thank you, Valentina! ❤️

Valentina is a kind and wonderful teacher

Valentina is a truly wonderful teacher. I have left reviews about her before, but it has been a while, and I wanted to add that if you have long term goals for achieving fluency, her style of teaching lends itself beautifully to both the short – as I imagine one would want for travel – and the long, as in you really want to speak Italian not only well but like a native speaker. I started studying with her and quickly met my short-term goals. But I realized I wanted to keep learning so I could really speak with other Italians about any topic. Valentina has tailored lessons and homework in such a way as to guide me to achieve a level of fluency I never thought I'd reach. I'm so happy I found her and can't recommend her highly enough no matter what goals you are looking to attain.
