Erkan is a skilled and experienced language tutor. He immediately encourages active speaking, which is the approach I need. As a language tutor myself, I appreciate his emphasis on communication while still covering key lexical and grammatical points. The class topics are relevant to everyday conversations. Highly recommended.

I really look forward to my lessons with Erkan. Before my lesson today, I felt like something you find on the bottom of your shoe, with a temperature and the beginnings of a chesty cough. But chatting to Erkan is so relaxing that I soon forgot how ill I was and started to enjoy myself. I am able to have meaningful conversations with him, and his gentle corrections are always useful without being intimidating.

I just had a great lesson with Erkan. He spoke clearly and at a speed that was good for me. He also did a good job of correcting my mistakes and also affirming when I said something correctly, which I really appreciated! Overall he seems like a great teacher, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to help them with their Turkish!

He adjusts his speaking level and pace depending on every single student, and even how I struggle to say only one word, he deals with it patiently. Ideal teacher especially for daily conversation.
