Sziasztok, Zsófi vagyok.
I live in Budapest right now, but I've also lived in London for 6 years. I've always loved learning languages so therefore I speak proficient English, intermediate Russian and basic German as well.
Ich als Lehrkraft
I've been teaching Hungarian for more than 5 years and during this time it has become one of my biggest passions.
Since the start of my teaching career I've helped many people, both adults & children from all levels, learn and confidently speak Hungarian.
Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil
My teaching method is based on helping non-Hungarian speakers learn to speak fluently and without mistakes so they can use the language when they need it in everyday situations and when they meet native speakers.
I’m happy to help you start learning or advance your Hungarian language skills whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced student and all levels in between.
I will always tailor my classes depending on my student's goals and will focus on topics that my students are interested in.
My goal with teaching is to make your journey of learning the Hungarian language useful but at the same time fun and enjoyable.
I'm very happy with the trial lesson with Zsófia. I really liked her teaching style and the atmosphere during the lesson. The class was well-structured, and Zsófia explained everything clearly, providing useful feedback without rushing. I appreciated that she uses a variety of tools and programs to make the learning process more engaging. At the end of the lesson, we discussed the plan for future lessons and the schedule, which was very helpful.

Since I am just a beginner we focused on pronunciation and some basic phrases. Zsófia was patient and gently corrected my mistakes. The lesson went pretty well and her explanations were very clear. I can only recommend Zsófia as a teacher. Thank you!
