Given that I know several languages, I am able to understand the unique as well as common aspects of the Danish language in relation to others and to highlight those. As a tutor, I would also look for gaps in the student's language ability and help fill those out.
My approach is to always be positive and encouraging so that the student looks forward to each session and feels the joy of progression in the language. I have had many language teachers and tried different methodologies throughout the years, and I try to imitate the best teachers and apply the approaches that I feel have been the most productive.Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil
I favor a conversational style on a shifting array of topics, and I like to include fun elements like music videos or magazine articles on topics that interest the learner.
I remain flexible as I know that every person learns differently, so if the student would like help with homework or prefers to focus on a topic (like traveling to Denmark, or preparation for a Danish language test), then I would customize the topics and homework towards this end goal. Likewise, if the student prefers to learn in a specific way, such as rote memorization via flashcards or listening exercises, then I would prepare the sessions in this manner.Mein Unterrichtsmaterial

Explanations are extremely easy to understand and enjoyable. I definitely feel motivated to work on the language outside of class as well. 100% will be booking a lesson again!

Just had my first lesson with William, and it went really well! He quickly adapted to my needs as a learner to help me improve my listening skills. I like his method of teaching, because it helps me improve in real time. He is also very patient and knowledgeable.
