Hi there,
I speak the (officially rated most beautiful) Swiss-German Dialect which is the dialect from Bern - the capitol of Switzerland. I studied and worked in the French part of Switzerland, lived in Berlin, a couple months in New York and to summarize it all: I just love to travel, explore the world and meet new people and cultures. Besides that I‘m interested in art, reading books, nature and photography.Ich als Lehrkraft
I know how it is to learn and speak foreign languages, working on accents and the insecurities that can come with that. I want to share my learnings with you and give you the confidence to get out of your head and enjoy speaking Swiss-German or German. And with every time you'll start to get better. The very basic and most important criteria in my class is respect. You can always expect a joyful lesson and will never have to feel afraid of making mistakes! You only learn by making mistakes. I will correct you if needed, so you can improve and get better after every lesson. My classes are a safe space for learning and talking Swiss German. It should be fun because that's when you start learning it. Looking forward meeting and talking to you!5.0

Aiyana is one of the best teachers I've ever had. Her lessons are fun, filled with laughter, and she’s an excellent listener, always encouraging me to speak and practice more. She corrects errors seamlessly without disrupting the flow. Her positive attitude is infectious, and I really appreciate how well she speaks English, easily switching languages to explain things clearly. Aiyana is also incredibly flexible, allowing me to focus on what I want rather than imposing her own methods. She's highly knowledgeable about formal, work-related German and Swiss-German as well. My only wish is to spend even more time with her, both to improve my language skills and because she’s such a supportive person.
