Shai Grinberg

Shai is an excellent Hebrew teacher on italki. He is very patient and personable, and his time zone makes scheduling lessons with him very easy. It was a little tricky at first to gage my exact level with Hebrew as a Duolingo student prior to this, but Shai has provided a unique style for each lesson, mixing reading long texts, having real conversations, watching Hebrew videos and animations, listening to Hebrew music, discussing Israeli culture, and answering any specific questions I have. During each lesson, he takes notes of specific words I struggled with, for me to review on my own. I highly recommend if you’re looking to learn Hebrew!

I am really enjoying my lessons with Shai. After just a few lessons, I already feel more confident and fluent with my Hebrew. Shai tailors the lessons to your needs and his friendly and personable manner creates a relaxed and supportive environment in which to learn, which is very motivating.

After dozen of short lessons with Shai now i can confirm he is one of the best tutors on italki and highly recommended to beginners like me。The most important thing is this man’s unique personality makes you feel so no pressure even safe during the class 。And i am gonna plan to learn more fundamental Hebrew（A1-A2）with him as well as the isreali culture^_^
