Hello! I’m Sinem, a Turkish teacher with 5 years of experience, and a graduate of the Turkish Language Teaching Department at Başkent University. I have a great passion for teaching Turkish and have taught online students from various countries, including Kazakhstan, Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iran, Egypt, and the United Kingdom.
In my lessons, I focus not only on grammar but also on the four essential skills: reading, listening, writing, and speaking. My lessons are interactive, fun, and student-centered. I believe every student has a unique learning style, so I customize the lessons to make them more effective.

As a Turkish teacher, I have taught both group and private lessons, working with a wide range of students from children to adults. My younger students have been between the ages of 7 and 15. I approach my students with understanding, always encouraging them to embrace mistakes as part of the learning process. I believe that by making mistakes, we discover the correct ways to learn together.
My goal is to create a comfortable and motivating environment where my students feel confident to speak, listen, read, and write in Turkish. I adapt my lessons to meet each student’s individual needs and learning style, ensuring that they progress at their own pace.
