Nga Mai

Nga Mai was a very good teacher, she provided lots of vocabulary for my upcoming trip to Vietnam and she was very patient with me while I tried to speak Vietnamese. I would recommend her for future Vietnamese lessons. Thank you Nga Mai :)

Chị Mai is so sweet and kind! She was gentle and supportive throughout and really cares about student success. She gives you a test to determine your level and types out all the words you want to say but do not know. I would most definitely recommend her!

Chị is so patient, sweet, and fun to talk with! I always leave our sessions with a smile on my face. She prepares lessons in advance though is also very encouraging regarding any questions I have and rabbit holes I want to go down. There is a perfect amount of structure and flexibility in our lessons.

I started taking Vietnamese lessons with chị Nga over six years ago and cannot recommend her enough! While I was in school I took a break from my Vietnamese studies and was so delighted to find upon studying again that she still teaches Vietnamese! Chị Nga creates such a warm, welcoming environment for learning and conversation. I always feel supported and learn so much every time we have a lesson. She prepares lessons beforehand, is thorough in her teaching and explanations, and assigns homework. Thank you, chị Nga!! 😃
