Great lesson - Teacher Vicky really got me to practice sentence structures in a way which helped me to understand. I could learn most effectively in a short period of time. This is the difference between a good teacher and a great teacher!

Had another great lesson with Vicky老师！I really like the way she structures a lesson. She is very well prepared and a very good teacher!! I like working with powerpoint, then we can do a lot of different things - look at pictures, read text or do tasks. It makes it a vert fun lesson. I feel like I speak a lot in the lesson. I never feel shy speaking, she is so supportive and cheer me on when I say the right thing. Looking forward to the next lesson with you. 谢谢老师 :)

A good combination of just chatting, and thus practicing my speaking, and a structured lesson

It's been three months since I have been studying with Vicki. She's an experienced teacher with great attention to detail. She would be very patient with you and I think when learning a language as different as Mandarin, you would need that patience :) . She uses diverse materials for learning and has been extremely competent matching my existing level to the learning program. This wasn't easy because I had learnt bits and pieces overtime from multiple sources and I had no idea what my level could be. Yet, we started from a level that is appropriately challenging. I would recommend her very much.

It was my first lesson with Vicky and I really enjoyed it! Vicky is very friendly, helpful, and highly experienced teacher! I will definitely continue learning with her.
