Lessons completely in Spanish! Hola, ¿Qué tal? I’m a native Spanish speaker from Venezuela, but I currently live in the touristic city of Santa Marta, Colombia. I am a teacher by vocation and profession. I’ve been teaching Spanish as a professor online and in person for over 11 years. I have also worked as an occupational therapist here in Colombia. My favorite hobbies are reading, learning about God, sharing with my family, shopping, and visiting new places. My dream is to travel around the world. I have the advantage of having gained experience teaching in the classroom, applying innovative strategies that will help you consolidate more rapidly the grammar taught. I am patient, and I like to listen. I am warm and friendly, and strive to correct in a consistent manner, so that my students speak better after each lesson. My classes have a relaxed feel so that you will feel comfortable and confident.

My style has a constructivist focus, which consists in giving to my students tools that will permit them to create their own knowledge for learning the language, modify this knowledge and then advance in their learning. In my lessons, I pay attention to the specific needs of each student and implement strategies that will meet these needs. Our lessons will be structured by levels, and each level includes content that is oriented towards learning grammar, conversation practice and exercises (writing, reading, pronunciation, etc.).
