Back after a break! My name is Farhad, and I am from Azerbaijan. I'm 21 years old and hold a bachelor's degree in business and management. After working for several years in customer care for a telecom company, I decided to switch my career path to HR. Currently, I work as an HR specialist and enjoy learning about different approaches to employee management.
I have a strong interest in educational psychology and believe that understanding how people learn and grow is crucial to creating a positive work environment. I offer conversational practice in Azeri, Russian, and English, as well as grammar lessons in Russian and Azeri. Additionally, I can assist with reading and listening in Azeri, Russian, and English. If you are looking to improve your language skills in a professional setting, I also offer lessons in Business Azerbaijani and Business Russian. That was an excellent class! After our first call I already know that he is a teacher I need to improve my Russian speaking skills. That was so great that he gave me feedback about the mistakes that I made and he did this at the end of the class in order not to interrupt me when I was speaking.

This was my second lesson with Farhad and I cannot recommend his lessons enough. He comes extremely prepared and really understands language pedagogy well. The lessons are always very well structured and include a mix of materials which keep the classes enjoyable and useful for me as an intermediate Russian learner. Excited for the next one!
