Julie

I gave Julie the difficult assignment of correcting my writing in French. Believing that it was a complicated assignment, and realizing that I had actually written a lot, I told Julie that the corrections did not have to perfect. That she did not have to correct every little thing, and it just had to be "good enough" to work. Well...Julie was having none of that, as she corrected everything and gave me great feedback! It just goes to show you how dedicated, diligent, and capable Julie is. It just goes to show you the excellent quality of Julie as a teacher. She could have chosen the easier road and just made the necessary corrections for it to be "good enough", but instead she corrected everything that needed to be corrected, made the work perfect, as she gave me clear and helpful feedback on my French writing!

Julie takes a lot of time and care to prepare extremely helpful corrections based on your speaking! I was so happy to get a detailed list at the end of my lesson with specific mistakes I made (in grammar and pronunciation), which I can work on before our next conversation. Thank you Julie for putting in the time and careful listening to give such good feedback!

Julie is so naturally patient and supportive. These are excellent qualities in a teacher! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to learn French.
