My personal experience, first as a language learner and then as a teacher, has taught me that people best acquire a language spontaneously, in an easygoing atmosphere where they feel absolutely free to express themselves.
What I personally value most is connection, shared stories and interests. We are all human and we have more in common than we think :) I create a safe zone for students to feel good: my lessons are always warm and lively.
