Today's trial lesson went super well! It was filled with laughter and was so much fun! I loved how Orlando has a structure for his lessons. We spent a few minutes discussing the structure and also talking about what will happen in future lessons. I like that he speaks at a comfortable speed for me, and at the same time enunciating his words clearly! I'm still quite surprised that I am able to understand everything he said nearly perfectly~ Orlando is a very cheerful person and he seems very patient too! He allows me to speak and he waits before correcting me. A very good first experience with Orlando! I cannot wait for more lessons with him. Muchísimas gracias por tu tiempo hoy, Orlando~ Fue muy divertido y no dudo que voy a aprender muchas cosas contigo!! Orlando is the best. I work with him twice a week and it's always so beneficial! He always has plans, but we also spend time just chatting casually which has also been a huge help. I am super happy to have found him. The lessons are always personal and he has tons of material- oftentimes I will bring up a random question and he already has material for it and so we will sidestep for a moment to look at that before returning to our lesson as normal. He has answers for everything I ask. He is so kind and patient and I love our lessons together!

While the lesson was great as always, the highlight was learning a new word when I made a spelling mistake. Fishbrain will now forever be in my limited list of Spanish insults.

Once again, a very good lesson.
