Awa

Today Awa brought a guest to class to encourage dialogue. This pushed me to answer questions and ask questions to someone new. It also allowed me to hear a different accent and adapt to hearing a different speed. Thank you Awa for always challenging me on the road to conversational fluency.

I'm really happy with my Wolof classes with Awa 😊 While she provides material in very nicely manageable chunks, I feel like I've learnt a lot in a short time. Awa always finds different ways for me to practice the language and explains grammar in a precise & clear way 😊 Wolof might seem quite impossible with the lack of material, so I'm really grateful for all the work Awa does & hopeful about actually speaking the language in the future 💖

It was great meeting with Awa again after a while. I look forward to learning more Wolof with her.

Each lesson I've had with Awa has genuinely helped me become a more confident and fluent French speaker. She really makes the effort to teach French the way you would experience it in real life, discussing interesting topics and providing multiple examples of vocabulary you would hear in your day to day. Her efforts to also put together questions at the top of our lessons and share her favorite parts of French culture have been an amazing way to fully integrate myself in the language. Highly recommend Awa for your next French lesson and bon courage!
