Excellent! I enjoy very much taking classes with Sharon. She is very knowledgeable and always challenges me. I think I have improved a lot studying with her. I have taken many classes with her and plan to take many more.

Sharon is an excellent teacher! She is consistently prepared, and always makes class very enjoyable. After having close to 40 lessons, I definitely would recommend her!

Sharon types the new vocabulary in the chat along with the pinyin + tones which is very helpful. She always teaches the full 1 hour. She is a great listener and always asks questions to clarify if she heard you correctly. She corrects you whenever something you say sounds unnatural. She is not afraid to point out your mistakes. There is never any awkward silence and she always knows how to keep the conversation going.

Some people are just born to teach. Sharon definitely has a gift. Sharon provides an amazing mixture of instruction, kindness, enthusiasm and humour. • She uses both Chinese and English in class • You learn a lot without noticing it • She can quickly sense when you don't quite get something and may need more analogies • Lessons are fun and become the best part of your week • She takes notes for you as you go I am grateful I stopped trying to teach myself and hired a tutor. Having someone to hold your hand that genuinely cares about you makes it so much simpler.
