Hi, I'm Roberto!
I'm from Italy and living near Rome, but part of my family is from Barcelona so I speak Spanish fluently.
I recently got a master's degree in Biology, but my biggest passion is probably travelling and discovering new cultures.

I always do my best to adapt to my student's necessities while learning, may it be a new method, different examples or new resources. I've been a student for many years, so I can understand the hardships of trying to learn something totally new. I've often helped friends struggling with a subject at uni or school, and held some private lessons for kids or youngsters in general.

If your knowledge of the language is very basic, we will first focus on grammar, pronunciation and the main vocabulary you will need to understand Italian/Spanish.
Otherwise, I think that conversations, even kept very simple, are one of the best ways to learn a new language! Learning new vocabulary and correcting errors becomes easy when speaking with a native!
We can have thematic lessons on something you want to discuss about, song listening and understanding, and luckily we got the whole internet to help with resources, so don't be shy when suggesting new topics!5.0

con lui si fanno sempre delle lezioni divertenti piene di energia, è gentile, parla benissimo con un parlato facilmente comprensibile e pure è disposto ad aituarti, in fin dei conti ne sono rimasto contento di averlo conosciuto e di aver cominciato farci lezioni 10/10

I had a great first lesson with Robert. He is such a friendly, patient and helpful teacher, taking his time to explain and listen, while skilfully guiding the conversation. I felt very comfortable and really enjoyed speaking Italian. I loved how he wrote all the expressions and vocabulary in the chat for me to repeat and check. It also helped that he speaks perfect Spanish. I look forward to our next lesson!
