Nurjarkyn has helped clarify not only grammar and word usage but also which methods I should use and which skills I should prioritize. I would have very little means of continuing to advance my Kazakh in the USA without her.

Nurjarkyn is an excellent teacher who tailors her lessons to the student’s pace. In six months of studying with her, I have learned basic conversation skills, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context. She puts her students at ease with her patient, nonjudgmental approach. I look forward to working with her to further improve my Kazakh language ability!

I have worked with Nurjarkyn for over 20 lessons on business texts, helping translate business letter, preparing for business presentations in Kazakh, PowerPoint presentations in Kazakh, writing business letters in Kazakh, and preparing business speeches in Kazakh. I have tried many Kazakh language helpers, but none have been as knowledgeable and proficient as Nurjarkyn. She is very fluent in English AND she is a professional Kazakh linguist so she actually knows the correct way to write Kazakhs (not all Kazakhs know how to write correctly). Thus, I can give her my highest recommendation. She cost more that less educated Kazakh teachers, but it worth the money (so that you are not being taught mistakes, as some other language helpers were doing).

Nurjarkyn provided a wonderful first lesson! She is quite organized and focused, and corrects small pronunciation errors efficiently and respectfully. We covered an awful lot in 30 minutes (pronunciation, common questions and answers, a little family vocabulary). Please do book her for a trial lesson!
